Career and Internship Fairs

employer speaking to student at the career fair

Our Career and Internship Fairs provide a formal forum for community partners to review student resumes and discuss possible employment opportunities their company has available. Community Partners include employers from for-profit, non-profit, government, and entrepreneurial enterprises along with alumni, friends of the University, faculty, and staff. Career and Internship Fairs occur throughout the semester.

Career Field Takeovers

Smaller career fair opportunities for students to meet with companies looking to recruit in a specific industry. Industries include education, communication, arts, criminal justice, science, health professions, and more!

Etiquette Dinner

This annual event teaches students proper etiquette throughout a four-course meal. Lessons range from table manners, conversation do’s and don’ts, and more are taught - and then put into practice amongst the dinner.

The opportunities to learn outside of the classroom have helped me so much. I’ve attended a few paneling sessions with alumni, networking events and events hosted by the Career Studio. These events have provided me with career preparation tips and connected me with some amazing professionals.
